Throughout his career, Troy Bashor has served as music director for more than 30 theatrical productions. His experience encompasses musical preparation, vocal coaching, conducting, orchestration, instrumental performance, rehearsal leadership, artistic collaboration, and complete production development.
Troy’s background as a drummer, percussionist, vocalist, educator, and orchestrator gives him an unusually broad view of musical theatre. He understands the needs of the performers onstage, the musicians in the pit, the production team behind the scenes, and the audience experiencing the final result.
His work is grounded in preparation, clarity, flexibility, and respect for everyone involved in the creative process.
